The core of our trade: PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, WAGO, Rockwell), functional analysis (GEMMA, FDS, DDS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS/SIL), and FAT/SAT qualification. Our automation engineers have between 5 and 20 years of experience in demanding sectors: Oil & Gas, nuclear, naval and civil engineering.
SCADA supervision and industrial IT
Design and development of supervision systems (AVEVA, WinCC, Ignition, PcVue), historian databases (OSIsoft PI), HMI ergonomics (ISA-101), alarm management (ISA-18.2) and integration with client ERP systems. Our supervision experts ensure that production data is not only collected, but transformed into useful operational intelligence.
Industrial networks and OT cybersecurity
Design of high-availability communication architectures (PROFINET, OPC-UA, MRP/HSR/PRP), OT cybersecurity audit and implementation (IEC 62443, ANSSI), IT/OT segmentation, OT network monitoring. Industry 4.0 and embedded IoT
Design of connected architectures (OPC-UA, MQTT), embedded IoT solutions (sensors, gateways, edge computing), data processing platforms (InfluxDB, Node-RED, Grafana) and MES/ERP integration. Our Industry 4.0 engineers bridge the gap between the operational world of the factory floor and the data analysis world, enabling our clients to extract tangible value from their production data.
